Your life is busy. You need simple training and nutrition plans that you can easily implement and get started on quickly. I take the guesswork out of everything by creating simple, thorough plans for you to follow!

You and your friend should not be following the same nutrition plan, unless you're the same age, height, weight, and share the same goals. My nutrition plans are customized for your body and your goals. Your training plan will also be created according to your environment and fitness level. Whether you’re training at home, with or without equipment, or at the gym – I’ve got you covered!

 
 
 

03: Have accountability and support along the way.

Reaching your health and fitness goals can be an emotionally challenging journey of ups and downs. You need someone to lean on, who understands what you’re going through, and motivates you when you get discouraged. I’ll be that person who you can lean on for support and accountability when you need it!

Here's what we'll do together...

Through my ‘Lose Belly Fat & Get Toned Transformation’ program, we will achieve progress in an 8 week period!

 

Stage 1: Defining Your Goals Consultation & Assessment

To make the proper recommendations, we’ll have a personalized consultation and assessment together via a phone call. I’ll get to know you, your lifestyle, your schedule, evaluate your needs and all the information needed to make the best recommendations for your plan. This will ensure that I develop a plan that you can stick to, that will help you reach your unique goals!

Stage 2: Start Your Customized Plan

Within 7 business days of our consultation, you’ll have your full customized nutrition and training plan! All you have to do is follow the plan and check in with me to update your progress. You’ll receive a full timeline, with dates and deadlines, of when you should be checking in to update your progress.

Stage 3: Evaluate Your Progress, Results & Adjust Along the Way

You will update me with your weight and progress pictures every week via email, and we’ll have check-ins calls twice a month, to ensure you are on track and progressing well.

To work together in this full 8 week process, the investment is $1,500 or 2 payments of $750.

Hi! I’m Remi. I’m passionate about helping women become strong, healthy, fit and more confident in themselves.

I know what it’s like trying to find balance between your career and personal goals, while being a wife and mother.

I went from being overworked, overwhelmed, anxious and not feeling like my best self, to being more productive, present, calm and feeling like my best self again! Once I made the commitment to make God, my health and fitness a top priority in my life, it was easier to reach my goals and truly live a healthy, balanced, life.

Through my background as a personal trainer, I discovered that simplified plans and accountability is what most women need for success, with their health & fitness goals. There’s no need for complex plans! You just need a simple plan, accountability and support, from a trusted guide to get you where you want to be.

With more than 13 years of experience working as a personal trainer and helping women of all different backgrounds lose belly, get toned and become strong, healthy and confident, I’m sure that I can help you too.

+ Q: What if I have food allergies?

I create your nutrition plan after your assessment and take any food allergies into consideration, so they will not be on your plan.

+ Q: What if I have food preferences?

I create customized nutrition plans for a variety of dieters including:

  • Vegans
  • Vegetarians
  • Pescatarians
  • Gluten free
  • Lactose intolerant
  • Meat, dairy and gluten eaters

For all other dietary restrictions please contact me.

+ Q: What if I have existing injuries?

I create training plans after your assessment, so I take any injuries into consideration. I will only include exercises that are safe to do with your injury, however please be sure to get cleared from your doctor, prior to beginning any new exercise routine.

+ Q: Can I do the workouts from home?

Yes! Whether you’re training at home, with or without equipment, or at a fully equipped gym – your plan is created according to your environment.

+ Q: How much time will this plan take me every week?

I know you’re busy, so I design every client's training plan to fit their schedule. Many clients are able to achieve great results, dedicating as little as 30 minutes to their training sessions, 3 - 5 days/week. Again, everyone is different and I will create your plan based on your realistic time commitment and unique needs.

+ Q: Are there any refunds?

There are no refunds.

Please make sure that you’re ready to commit to 8 consecutive weeks of following the program. Should you need to stop for any reason, the plans are yours to keep and complete on your own at a later time. However, I cannot continue with check ins and calls past the 8 week program period.

+ Q: Are there any payment plans?

The investment is $1500, or 2 payments of $750 to ensure that you stay on track with our timeline for achieving your goals.

+ Q: Do you offer any other options for working together?

Yes! If you're a person who is motivated and commited to following simple, thorough plans on your own - I have non coaching options available. Please take at look at my other options for working together here!

+ Q: What if I don’t want my transformation pictures shared online?

No problem, just let me know! All shared clients' pictures and testimonials are completely optional.
